Jerry Reese, Service Manager, at Subaru of Ontario, CA is the most professional, caring service manager I've ever encountered at a dealership, or in fact, any car servicing business. Jerry truly and deeply cares about each and every customer and doesn't treat them like numbers. By talking to him, it's clear to see that his goal is to make the Ontario dealership's Service Department the best that it can possibly be. A dealership is really only as good as their service department, so to have someone in charge of that department that takes such pride in their job is not only refreshing to see nowadays, but always appreciated. We purchased our 2013 Crosstrek from this dealership and have only been to this dealership once for service before my second Sept. 9th service appointment. I had been happy before and so returned. It must be noted that I appreciate that I can watch my car being worked on and that the service department and their employees are clean, methodical and careful. Most every place I've taken cars to get serviced over the years say they top up fluids and check tire pressure, but they never do. This dealership does ALL of those things and it means a lot to me that they keep their word. Upon my Sept. 9th appointment, I was seriously contemplating taking my business elsewhere over an incident I will not elaborate on because it doesn't bear dwelling on, but talking with Jerry made me change my mind completely. As long as Jerry is Service Manager, I will continue to come to Subaru of Ontario for all of my service appointments. He did everything he could to make me happy. And his efforts were genuine...truly genuine. Jerry made me feel comfortable to where I feel that I can come to him the next time I require assistance. He has an ability to listen to customers and make things happen. I conversed with him a great deal about the situation at hand and how I usually feel, being a young woman trying to get my car serviced. I usually am never respected or treated as though I know anything about cars. Jerry treated me with sincere respect and like an equal. He never once talked down to me or explained things as though I was naïve. He was very sympathetic to how I was being treated and wanted to do everything possible to make sure I felt appreciated as a Subaru customer. It was busy that day, but he made me feel like I was the only customer there because he put THAT much effort into making me happy. I will never forget Jerry's outstanding customer service. I hope that this dealership recognizes and rewards him for his awesome customer care skills. He's a wonderful asset to the Subaru team. Thank you again Jerry!!!

Had a great experience with Amber in Internet sales using True Car. Felt that we got the best price in the area. Had to wait a little while for our car, but that is a general Subaru issue, not the dealership, communication was great during the waiting period...not to mention that we got to order exactly what we wanted. When our car arrived, Amber let us know right away and arranged for us to pick it up that day, even though it was a holiday and we couldn't arrive until the evening. They basically kept the place open for us which was really nice. The pressure to buy a warranty during the finance piece of things was a little annoying, but hey, that's part of the car buying process I suppose. Overall, we were happy with our experience and IN LOVE with our new 2016.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience here at Subaru of Ontario. I have been driving a 2006 Jeep Commander LTD for 10 years now, and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I was in the market for an AWD fuel efficient vehicle and Subaru absolutely dominates in those categories with their newly redesigned Legacy. Being that I live in the Inland Empire, and was in the market for a brand new Subaru, I decided to check out my local Subaru dealers. I had done all my research prior to getting into contact with my local dealers. Subaru of Ontario was able to give me the most attractive quote from the get go. With that being said, I was in contact with Cheryl Sauer from Internet Sales. I must say, Cheryl was unquestionably a pleasure to work with! Since I already knew what vehicle I wanted, the process of establishing an attractive price was reasonably quick! I expressed my needs and wants to Cheryl, and she was able to help me narrow down my selection. I ended up deciding to purchase a 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i in the Limited trim. Just as it was time to place my order, I was informed by Cheryl that if I did not mind waiting I would be able to obtain a brand new 2016 model. This made me appreciate Cheryl all the more. She did not at all force the sale onto me, but rather ensured that I would be purchasing a vehicle I truly wanted and would love! The time had come for me to pick up the vehicle! I was already approved for a loan through my credit union but the Finance Manager Javier, informed that he might possibly be able to get me a better deal. In which he was able to do so. I ended up financing through the dealer at much better APR than my credit union. Essentially, this was the icing on the cake. A deal so sweet, just got a even sweeter. My experience at Subaru of Ontario was nothing short of extraordinary. I am a proud first time Subaru owner! Thank you Cheryl, and Subaru of Ontario!

Great Service Dept! I ran out of oil ( my fault as I hadn't taken my car in). Was in Ontario and so stopped in with no appointment. Service staff were super nice, topped off my oil, checked the engine and even washed my car, and quickly had me back on the road.

The waiting time was a little longer than was estimated, but the staff is courteous & professional, & kept me informed. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks & vending machines. It's very hard to hear the TV or even the staff members with the loud background music though (it's nice music, but they need to turn it down a few decibels). They got the job done & washed my car when finished; also told me what to expect on my next visit. Good job!

Dropped my car off for brakes and oil change and it was ready within two hours as they said. Very good service and super nice people in the service department.
