By far the best dealership I've ever been too! I have done my fair share of vehicle purchasing. About four months ago, I sent a internet request to Ontario Subaru about a XV Crosstrek. I had a Toyota Camry I was looking to trade in and I wanted vehicle with more trunk storage space that you find with hatch backs. At the time, my wife was pregnant with our Twins. Vince Sperling emailed me back with a eprice and provided me with some information about the car. Needless to say, I decided wait for the birth of our babies and I never made it in to check out the car. After the birth of our kids, I quickly realized my Camry was cutting it and I desperate needed a SUV. Prior to going into dealership I did my homework on SUV's. I sat my sight on the 2015 Subaru Forester XT Touring. I used tools like KB, Edmunds, True Car, and other vehicle reviews. I sent a internet request to several Subaru dealerships. Vince Sperling returned my eprice request with fair purchase price for the exact Forester I wanted. Vince made himself very available to me and never pressured me to come down to the dealership. He was by far the best salesman I have ever had the chance to work with. He took his time explaining the vehicles features and worked with me to ensure i was satisfied with the vehicle and the price. I also really enjoyed the fact that both Vince and Eric (in finance) "listened" to me and answered all my questions. Both were very friendly and made the whole process run very smooth. I never felt pressured to buy additional products and whole process took less than two hours. I'd also like to commend Vince for excellent service. He also conducted followup with me after my purchase of the vehicle and offered to locate some accessories I had inquired about. Overall my experience was excellent and I saved a lot of money. I'll definitely would recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

Great experience buying my new Outback with Amber. She was knowledgable and helpful and made the whole process very simple and I never felt pressured the entire time yet I still walked out with a smoking deal, way less than other dealerships! I will only use Ontario Subaru for my future car buying

I didn't buy my car here but I take it here for its maintenance/service. The service writers are friendly and I'm usually out within about an hour. I do like to be one of the first appointments of the day and I Think this helps.

My wife and I needed a larger vehicle for our family and came to lease a Forester. The redesign is great and we got an excellent deal! Make sure to go to their website and chat with their sales reps. Make sure to see Aaron Brown, the online sales manager. He's great and willing to get you a deal! We had a great experience here and will definitely be going back. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

I have been a lifelong Toyota driver and love my Toyota's but wanted to branch out and kept reading so many great things about Subaru reliability and value. I checked dealership where I live and was not too happy. Luckily I found Cheryl at the Subaru dealership in Ontario. We had a phenomenal experience with our purchase and now with the service of our Subaru.I am glad I am a Subaru owner. Staff at Ontario are extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. They even dropped my daughter and I off at the mall one day as our car was being serviced. Kim in the service department is wonderful!!Many thanks to all :) !

Service department did excellent. Had some trouble identifying an overheating problem through various mechanics, but eventually (it did take some time), these guys found the problem and took care of it. Brian is an especially nice guy who makes you feel taken care of and definitely does not try to upsell you or deceive. Thanks a bunch!
