Carlos from service is the man! I initially went in for an oil change and asked for additional oil cause I have an oil cooler installed. When I got home I noticed my oil level was way above the full dot on the dip stick. I went back to the dealership to have sone oil drained out a bit and when I went home I noticed it was still above the fill mark. That's when I got in contact with Carlos. He asked me how long it would take for me to get back to the dealership, and told me that he would personally take care of this issue. I arrived and after speaking with him, he pointed out that they usually fill up to the top indicator regardless f there's an oil cooler installed or not and that next time I shouldn't ask for more oil as they are already making sure it's filled to the proper level. Carlos then had a technician make sure the oil was at the proper level and showed me afterwards so that I was reassured on my drive home. He also hooked me up with a free gas gift card for going back and forth! Really appreciate the customer service I experienced today, huge shout to Carlos and his team, will definitely be back for future routine maintenance. Also a big shoutout to the technicians for respecting my vehicle and not over revving the engine or riding the clutch. They baby'd my car the entire time.

I was driving along and ALL of my warning lights went on. So in a panic I called my trusty folks at Subaru of Ontario service. They got me in the very next day and Clay took care of me from start to finish. Such sincere and friendly customer service from EVERYONE I dealt with. They gave me a loaner without me even having to ask, and kept me posted through the entire process. Even got the problem fixed through warrantee. If you're looking to have service done on your vehicle, then look no further than Subaru of Ontario. I can only imagine their sales department is great too.
