Tried to buy a car here and they tried to change me $6,000 over MSRP. They told me it was because of supply and demand and yet I was the only one buying one. I rated it three stars because the management was nice.

*This review is only regarding my Subaru of Ontario Service Center experience.* Since moving away from the A.V., I have been bringing my Forrester here for vehicle service and maintenance. Each visit has exceeded my expectations. I had made an online appointment and selected an oil change service, even though my car needed some extra maintenance, but I could not afford it at the time. When my vehicle was ready, the service desk agent told me that everything had been done since the technician had not seen the note to only do an oil change. He informed me that since it was the technician's error I would not be charged. I really appreciate how honest and professional the staff in the Service Center have been. Also, the waiting area is comfortable and quiet.

I'm very impressed! I came in today to get my new TPMS sensors registered on the car and desite them being busy, the service manager managed to get a technician to take care of my car, and the best part is they did it complimentary. This small guesture definitely got me to consider purchasing my next Subaru here for sure. Thank you!

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Ontario in January. I am very impressed with Internet Sales Manager Brittanie Burner. Not only did she get me an exceptional price on my new car, she is friendly, personable, and really cared about me and my car buying experience. I highly recommend contacting Brittanie on-line or directly by telephone and she will assist you in purchasing your dream car at a great price. P.S. She likes Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes! Update: I just purchased a second Subaru from Brittanie and I will write a separate review. I purchased a 2016 Crosstrek, love that car! Again, Brittanie Burner is the best. There is no Subaru Dealer around Southern California that can beat the deal Brittanie can get for you. Believe me I have checked.

Chris, a new Service Manager, recently solved a problem I had with my new Subaru Outback. He went above and beyond and my car has purred ever since. I couldn't ask for better service.

I bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. I have to say my experience from start to finish was wonderful. The salesman, Garrett Shearer was friendly, and very informative. I felt no pressure, despite wanting to look at some other cars before I made a purchase. Garrtt was helpful, every step of the way, responding to e-mails, and even fighting through Friday traffic to bring my car from another dealership. When it was time to finalize the purchase, everything was done in the time it took to detail the car. I love my new Subaru, and wouldn't hesitate to head back to this dealership again.
