Our salesman, Garrett, was awesome: straight forward, didn't seem to be using the sketchy salesman tactics, personable. Facility was clean, people friendly, cars seemed to be kept well. We didn't get as much as I would've liked for my trade-in, but not really sure I can blame them for that, considering it had been in an accident many years ago.

My husband and I purchased a second Subaru from this dealership about 2 weeks ago! Great service! During both purchases, we were assisted by Eric Rivera. We had an awesome experience the first so we asked for him again during our second purchase! He's very friendly, helpful and gives you his honest opinion even if it means selling the cheaper option! He looked for deals and discounts for us to use. He does not have the stereotipical car salesman attitude or persona. We definitely recommend Eric!

I just purchased my new 2106 Outback 3.6R from Subaru of Ontario. The whole experience - choosing, configuring, ordering, taking delivery, and purchasing - was a very smooth and positive experience. Sales staff and financial were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Subaru of Ontario to anyone looking for a Subaru dealer that won't hype just to sell what they need to sell, instead of what you want.

I recently purchased a Subaru imprezza , at Subaru of Ontario. Buying a car is a frightening experience on your own. You wonder if your getting the best price, if there being honest etc. I felt Francisco was as honest as he could be with me and knowledgeable about the cars in stock. The entire dealership seemed to work as a team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru.
