The purchasing of my new car went great, it's the service department that is pulling the stars down. They are nice and do a good job, but they are ALWAYS behind schedule. My 10:30am appointment that I arrived to at 9:55 this morning lasted until 1:00pm. They didn't even take my car I to the garage until 11:45am. I was told no more than 90 minutes from my arrival time. Over 2 hours later I am receiving my keys back. Worst part, I have a 9 month old baby girl with me and it's over 90* outside. Come to think of it, my previous 2 services there have been prompted with, "we are short 2 guys today, so it might take a while." Hire some more mechanics S.o.O.

I could not be happier with my car buying experience. After using an online search engine for the Subaru model and features I had already decided upon (it pays to do some research in advance), I quickly received a call from Cheryl, the Internet sales expert, and she set an appointment with me that same day. After a test drive confirmed my choice, she was extremely thorough (but non-pressuring) in describing options, answered all my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, took care of the trade-in and financing, and I was out the door with my new car in about an hour and a half. I love my new Subaru Forester, and I am very pleased with the purchase experience.

I went here because my wife's Outback was making a lot of humming noise at the left rear tire area and when she got to her work, all the warning lights on the instrument cluster turned on. This dealership is really close to her work. I took the vehicle here without any appointment and the service advisor, Brian Mcbride, checked me in. He said that he did not know if they will able to look at the car that day because they were fully booked. The reason why I gave this place a five star rating is because not only did they find the problem, they were also able to fix it the same day. I would like to thank Brian because he under promised but over delivered. I would definitely bring my car here for service from now on.

I purchased my 2016 Subaru legacy here a month ago and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. I had been doing my research and initially spoke with Amber at Subaru of Ontario who gave me really great advise and a few options as well so that I could get what I wanted without all the add-ons to stay in my price range. After speaking with her I visited San Bernardino, Puente Hills, Sierra and Ontario Subaru just to shop around and see what was out there. After an exhausting weekend of visiting these other dealers I found out first hand that there are so many sharks out there selling cars and it's really sad what they do to a person and how they play their games. Not one of them would give me a bottom number. They just wanted to run my credit and get me in a corner without giving a final number first and when I told them that I was not interested in having my credit ran because I was shopping and had other dealers to visit they still would not give me a straight forward price. After all the terrible experiences at the other dealers I went to Ontario Subaru and was amazed with the whole processes. Amber and Edwin were absolutely delightful. They went out of there way to find the car that i wanted, was up front with the price and we quickly went through all the paperwork and I had a new car in less than 3 hour of walking through their door. I saved a minimum of $3,000 through them verses what the other dealers had listed on the windows of the car I wanted. I am so happy that I was fortunate enough to find Amber through the internet. She was honest with me every step of the way, had quick response time and gave me great advice. I didn't set up an appointment so when we got there she came out and explained to us that she was with another client but would hook us up with Edwin who she had great confidence in to help me find the car I wanted. Edwin was awesome. Answered all our questions and is super friendly. Didn't have that fake sharks personality if you know what I mean. We had experienced some real ugly fake people out there trying to make as much on the cars as they possible can. You won't get that with Amber and Edwin. They give you a fair price and treat you with respect. I will be back and I will refer my friends and family here. Sometimes it is good to experience all the BS out there so that you know when you have found the good peeps. Ontario of Subaru is a great place and they are super fair with you.

By far the best Subaru dealership that I've dealt with. The process with them was so smooth and easy. They quoted me a price lower than every other dealership in the surrounding area, and they honored it! Aaron and amber were so good with my wife and I. They didn't offer us anything they didn't feel was necessary (or even what we felt was necessary). Be careful with the long beach and temecula dealership. They have some sketchy sales people and would only recommend going through Subaru Ontario. I dealt with long beach and temecula and they were awful (lying and talking shit about Subaru Ontario). Anyways, I am extremely thankful for how helpful and expedient they were at Subaru ontario. We were out with our brand new car in two hours. Thanks again!

After having gone to 4 Subaru dealerships all around the Southern California area, we LOVED where we ended up. Cheryl Sauer our sales representative and Chuck who helped us with finance took great care of us. Cheryl found us the exact Crosstrek car and package we wanted in a matter of minutes and sold in a matter of hours and got us the best deal that anyone had ever heard of for our car. What she quoted on the phone as the out the door price was exactly what the out the door price was! We walked into the car dealership with the car being prepared to be washed and ready for us to drive off the lot! We couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership and Cheryl and Chuck to anyone looking for a great experience with Subaru!
