This location is so awesome. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Being my first car, I came in for a routine check up and they helped me with everything and definitely made me feel comfortable.

I got a call back from Edwin 2 days after the incident. I was offered the price I wanted and was ask if I can come in that day. We agreed to meet around 4:30pm. It was all good when I got there. I was greeted properly. The only problem was, the car was not ready to be looked at. It was still dirty as if it just got traded in that day in which the car was posted for sale for about 1 week. Another disappointment was, the car was posted with 6,140 miles but when I get there, it was actuallt 17,000 miles. The dealership admitted they were at fault (which is reasonable. I know mistakes can happen). The only thing I had was, if there was an appointment to see the car, the car should have been cleaned at least on the inside. Thank you Edwin for accomodating me and the family. Looking forward to do business when the time comes. Thanks again.

If you're looking to buy a Subie, Marc or Snoop are your guys. Marc came straight to us and thoroughly explained all of our options and gave us his professional opinion on which option would be best based off of all of our day to day routines and yearly vacations. It was a week long process mostly because of my work schedule and making sure I made them best decision however in the final days Snoop came along and assisted with closing of our purchase. He gave us multiple test drives so we made sure the performance of the car was what we were looking for. He explained every single button the car had. He was also very thorough with the terms of our loan/lease and answered all 5 million of our questions with lots of patience and understanding. I really appreciated the team work these guys displayed. Thank you Subaru of Ontario.
