I just wanted to compliment Brian in service. I had received a company car with my job that had the front windshield replaced with a non-factory windshield. The result rendered the "Eye-Sight" safety system inoperable. Long story short the windshield and eyesight cameras needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the process took much longer than I would have liked due to parts not being locally available. I know there were times that I got very frustrated with the whole situation, but Brian remained professional and courteous through a difficult situation that he had little or no control over. The car was repaired and works perfectly now. Thanks Brian for getting it taken care of and never giving up. I tip my hat to you!

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience thus far. We were helped by Brittanie Burner in the internet sales department. She was straightforward about numbers and gave us the best deal compared to other dealers we interacted with. She made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Best part of all, she didn't pressure us into anything! The car we wanted wasn't in stock at the time but she updated us frequently as to when the car would be arriving. We would definitely come to Brittanie again when we're in the market for another Subaru. I highly recommend her! Thanks for getting me into my new 2017 WRX! The finance person who helped us was friendly as well. He explained all the paperwork and didn't try to upsell us. We were in and out in less than an hour!

We did not purchase a car on our visit, but we test drove the vehicle were interested in after getting a very good online quote from a sales manager. The sales manager, Aaron Brown, was very straight forward and did not appear to have a hidden agenda, which put me at ease for the second half of our visit to the dealership. I appreciate subtlety and Aaron was very respectful, helpful (found us the model we wanted, not loaded down with extras), and personable.

I came here for warranty service after my car broke down. They were a little slow to respond because of the volume of cars that come in, but overall the engine rebuild was done well, which is what matters in the end.

I recently purchased my second car from this dealership. Both times I received IMPECCABLE customer service. All the staff was personable and professional. Even sitting in the lobby and walking through I had several people stop as asked me if I need help. Garrett was our Sales Rep and he was helpful and knowledgable. Chuck handled our finance portion of the deal. He made sure was got the best rate possible from the bank. Mike the General Manager came out and spoke to us personally as well. I did not get a Subaru. I purchased a used vehicle. Mike created email correspondence with me after researching online. I had a very specific budget and vehicle request. They were able to accommodate all of my requests. Both times it was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. I will not only recommend this dealership to others but I will purchase all my vehicles through them from now on.
