After I had looked previously at another Subaru Dealership and was unimpressed by the sales staff. I went into the dealership after inquiring online about the 2016 Crosstrek. I met with Brittanie Burner and she was AWESOME! She was the ONLY Subaru sales person at any dealership that told me that I could order my car from Japan EXACTLY how I wanted it. She told me it takes a few months to get here but I didn't mind. She made buying my new car so easy and I was so happy that I have already referred friends to her. I LOVE my 2016 Crosstrek! Thank you so so much Brittanie!!!!

Subaru of Ontario is by far the most genuine car dealership I have been to! The whole process of leasing my car was way more relaxed than I thought it was going to be. They truly treated me like I was a person instead of trying to take all of my money. Rocky and Javier were the ones I was helped by. They were sincere and up front when I got on the lot to when I drove off in my new Subaru Impreza. Thank you for everything! You best believe this will not be the last Subaru I have!

Bought an Outback. Brittanie Burner from Subaru Ontario was the best. Used my GEICO app to contact several dealers. Brittanie was one of the responses I got. I liked Brittanie from the get go. My gut said straight forward and honest. That she was knowledgeable and efficient was a bonus. Got a great deal.

Service department is adequate. There's only 2 service people working at a time so there's a wait to drop off your car sometimes. They do offer rental car if you have to leave the car for a long time and you need to go to wok.
