I got a call back from Edwin 2 days after the incident. I was offered the price I wanted and was ask if I can come in that day. We agreed to meet around 4:30pm. It was all good when I got there. I was greeted properly. The only problem was, the car was not ready to be looked at. It was still dirty as if it just got traded in that day in which the car was posted for sale for about 1 week. Another disappointment was, the car was posted with 6,140 miles but when I get there, it was actuallt 17,000 miles. The dealership admitted they were at fault (which is reasonable. I know mistakes can happen). The only thing I had was, if there was an appointment to see the car, the car should have been cleaned at least on the inside. Thank you Edwin for accomodating me and the family. Looking forward to do business when the time comes. Thanks again.
