Our 2016 Outback is 1 year old & we can honestly say our 3 services and purchase experience have been flawless! Brittanie Burner was our sales person and she beat any price, even COSTCO dealership and our experience with her was streamed lined & true to the quote. I spent 4 months seriously shopping, true consumer here. The COSTCO route was TERRIBLE! Dealer keep jerking me around, the back & forth with manager lingo. After 2 hours of getting the price where I wanted it, Brittanie's quote, I happy walked out and went straight to Ontario to give my business to someone reputable. Not sure why the low rating for service there it's been perfect.

Thank you Michael and Glenn! Started off rocky but in the end we were able to make a deal and my husband is happy with his WRX; he's like a little kid with a new toy. Excellent customer service from Michael, he was very accommodating. We were on a time schedule so he had Javier make sure all the paperwork was ready before we even got there. Glenn and Javier were great! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My wife and I were in the market for a Subaru Forester and I happened to find the color and style that we desired at the Subaru of Ontario's web site. I left my name and phone number to be contacted and Cheryl Sauer, who is the internet sales manager, phoned me with what I considered to be an excellent price. Since the car was in transit we put a minimal $100 down payment on the car to hold it for us. Upon arrival of the car Cheryl asked us when we would like to come in to take possession and we set up a time to do the paper work. Cheryl was a dream to work with in that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any extras. When it came to the extended warranty that was offered we simply told her that we weren't interested and that was that. No arm twisting or high pressure sales tactics were involved. If you're interested in a good deal then ask for Cheryl.
