To add on to my last review I got in my car and it was filled with gas yes filled. My last car I bought from Lexus had no gas. Cheryl helped me transfer stuff to my car and also kept my 7month old busy. Again such a great car buying experience. I highly recommend Ontario of Subaru.

Had an appointment today at 2pm. My TPMS sensor had been flashing intermittently. Anyway, long story short, they didn't charge me because the light had turned off and the tire shop that installed my tires had fixed it. I really appreciated the honesty that they had with me and didn't try to gouge me by making me pay for service I didn't need. Apparently if your tire pressure is too high your TPMS light will flash. Will be back in the future because it's hard to find somebody who will be honest at a dealership. They were honest with me today. Thanks guys!

Just traded in my Honda and got a 2017 Crosstrek from Subaru Ontario and I'm beyond happy! We originally started at Puente Hills with overly aggressive salesmen who gave us the run-around and ended up "accidentally" keeping my car registration. I had been eyeing a used Impreza at Subaru Ontario so we trekked a little further to see what numbers they could give us. Brittanie helped us from the moment we walked in and I can't say enough good things about her. She was so kind and caring and has a genuine concern for her customers. She was able to get me into a brand new Crosstrek for less than what I would've paid for a used Impreza, along with 3 years of free maintenance and oil changes. This was a mission coming from the South Bay but I would do it all over again if I had to. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Brittanie and Chuck (I believe this is his name -- very nice finance guy). Anyways, all around 12/10 stars for this place and the staff.

Went to a dealer near by to look at a used Subaru and they didn't even bother to let me test drive it. I ended up going to Subaru down the street and not only did o get the car I wanted but I got it brand-new, no miles wth a payment and interest rate I could afford. If your ever in need of a reliable car and want someone knowledgeable and with great customer service ask for Zhang he got me into my 2017 Subaru wrx sti. Not only was he helpful but follows up with me all the time to see if I need anything or have any questions about the car he could answer.
