Price matching without driving and great dealer benefits

After an unfortunate incident with my previous Outback, I needed a new car and I went to Subaru of Ontario. I spoke with Adrian and he was so helpful and we made arrangements to come and see him the following day. He greeted me at the door and then we found out he had come in on his day off. To me that is above and beyond customer service. He was friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase and made the whole car buying experience smooth. I would highly recommend Adrian! My wife and I have had been looking at Subaru for sometime and we finally decided to walk in on a Sunday (approx. two weeks ago). Adrian approached us and provided by-far the best customer service we've received at a dealership. Adrian was patient, extremely helpful and went well out of his way to help us feel comfortable about the whole process. We didn't feel pressured at any moment, as a matter of fact, we felt guilty for all of the requests we were making.
