My wife and I have had been looking at Subaru for sometime and we finally decided to walk in on a Sunday (approx. two weeks ago). Adrian approached us and provided by-far the best customer service we've received at a dealership. Adrian was patient, extremely helpful and went well out of his way to help us feel comfortable about the whole process. We didn't feel pressured at any moment, as a matter of fact, we felt guilty for all of the requests we were making. When it was time to leave, Adrian offered to take our picture with our new car in front of the dealership, it was great! Thanks Adrian! Thanks Subaru! We love our 2019 Outback!!!
