I pushed this rating from 1 to a 3 because of the exemplary behavior of the general sales manager, Daniel, who helped me get my car out of there when I could only make it after hours. He was friendly, and I now can see why sales gets such good ratings. Note to general manager -- why don't you fire your current service manager and get a good manager like Daniel? Just a suggestion....

Out of every dealer who contacted me through internet sales. Albert Park at Subaru of Ontario was by far the most professional. The dealership atmosphere was relaxed with no pressure. Although we didn't end up buying a Subaru out of all the dealerships we visited to test drive this one was outstanding.

Bought two cars. It was a great experience and we got a good deal. Previously, I've bought from Ford, BMW, Mini, Toyota, Jeep, Hyundai, and Carmax. The Subaru of Ontario experience is right at the top of my list of 5-star dealerships. I'm a logical buyer, so this dealership was perfect for me because they knew I wanted finance numbers and specs, that's what they gave me. Great team, very organized, top dealership.

I traded in my 2016 Forrester for a new 2018. Rocky Gutierrez helped me once again. The entire process took less than 1-1/2 hrs. This agent exceeded my expectations. He is an exceptional representative, knowledgeable and most important to me, genuine and honest. I am planning on purchasing another Subaru for my daughter in the next few months. Although there are several Subaru dealerships closer to where I live, I would not consider purchasing another vehicle from anywhere other than Subaru of Ontario!!!

Just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Adrian D. I can honestly say that he took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before signing any paperwork. He was very kind and professional the entire time that I spent at the dealership. Before I drove off, my daughter wanted to take a picture of me and my new outback- Adrian made sure the background of the photo would perfect by moving my new car to a picture perfect location. Thank you again Adrian for all of your help with the purchase of my new car! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Adrian. Also, thank you to Mike and Daniel at Subaru of Ontario!
