I have no issues with the service, once it was done. I don't understand why I made an appointment. My car sat outside for 1 hour past my time, then 1/2 hour after completion. 2 hours for a 30 minute service. I was almost late for another appointment. I know what to expect now, so I'll plan more time next time.

Had 10am appointment I've been wait 1 1/2hour for oil change I talked to my service person she told appointment only mean they don't take walk in they sent me 5 email confirming my appointment they should tell u have a 2 hour wait on a Tuesday for oil change service at this dealership is very poor pa I bought the car here

I walked in and Erin was able to find the exact car I wanted in 5 minutes. Erin saw that Josh sold us a car 3 years ago and brought him into the deal. Both of these guys are awesome and got me a fantastic deal on the car. The total process took 2 hours. 30 min the first day to go over figures and find the car and about 1 1/2 hours the second day to sign the papers and go over everything In the car. I bought a 2019 Outback Limited and just love it. This is the second time Josh sold us a car. Hope he stills works there when I'm ready to buy my next Subaru. Their finance dept was quick and accurate. My payment was exactly what Vincent says it would be. No hassle with dealer extras or gap. Highly recommend these guys.

BE VERY WARY OF THE FINANCING DEPARTMENT. Dan Gressmann was very nice and helpful (internet salesman for Subaru Ontario), I have nothing but positive things to say about him. The purpose of this review is to warn you about their financing department. The VERY LAST document the finance department forced me to sign was an agreement to a $100 "theft registration" service. The paper stated very clearly that this charge was OPTIONAL and was NOT required to buy the vehicle. I asked more than three times for it to be removed and the finance department wouldn't budge, saying it was "to protect cars from being stolen from the lot". I asked why they were passing this cost off on to me and they had no answer, nor could they explain why I was being charged for it. In the end I caved because I had already signed the long-form sales contract, but I should have walked. Be warned: look for this ridiculous charge as you sign your long-form sales contract and threaten to walk if they refuse to remove it. Learn from my mistakes. It's really a shame because I wanted to give Subaru Ontario 5 stars due to Dan, but their greed for $100 ruined that for them. $100 is a small charge relative to the car but it really affects my otherwise positive perception of this dealership.

I have nothing to say bad about this cardealer. I was leasing and buying Subarus from San Bernardino but there is something wrong with that dealership, and I went to Ontario one. Dealing with sales associate Anthony who works under supervision of Cesar was nothing but pleasure. The entire team including finance department knows what they doing, they work with you and don't put you in situation there the only way to make a deal its their way. Special thank you I want to say to Malvin. He works in maintenance/repair department. He might look like too serious man but in my understanding all professionals should look like him. And he knows your Subaru 100%.
