Subaru offers a free program in which an expert teaches the owner how to properly operate all functions of the vehicle. They actually send a highly trained individual straight to your house a couple weeks after your new purchase. This particular program is called Subaru Love Encore. My expert was thoughtful enough to offer me the opportunity to meet a little early and I appreciatively accepted. He showed me step by step how to customize every feature to my liking. What I admired most of the Subaru's expert visit was that he raced cars as a passion. The few stories that he shared gave me confidence that all the details that he was showing me about my new Subaru was indeed legit. In other words, this gentleman wasn't simply another employee. Not only did he enjoy his work with Subaru, but that he knew exactly what he was talking about. My expert spoke professional the entire time and also made me feel comfortable to ask all of my questions; I thought I was hanging out with an old friend. He gave me all sorts of gifts at the end of his visit to include a gas card! I would absolutely refer anyone to Subaru and if you can request your Subaru Love Encore expert-definitely ask for Austin.

This review is specifically for the Subaru of Ontario's - Love Encore service. I just bought a 2019 Crosstrek; I love my car, but I had some questions about the newer technology in my vehicle. Austin came to my house, he was punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with showing me the specifics on how to use the features in my car so I can experience its best functionality. He saved me a trip to the dealer, which I would have put off forever, and he helped me to trouble shoot in the comfort of my own driveway. He answered all of my questions, and spent about 45 minutes explaining all of the car's features. To top it all off, he gifted me a nice leather bound Subaru notebook and pen, and $25 chevron gas card! Amazing! I highly recommend Austin and utilizing the Subaru Love Encore service for your Subaru purchase- you will not be disappointed and it will make you love your car even more!
I bought a 2020 Subaru Forester two weeks ago at Ontario Subaru and could not be happier. The purchase was very easy -- I saw the car I wanted online and clicked to get their best price. Their internet guy Frank contacted me immediately and provided pricing that was $1,000 less than other local dealers for the same model. I drove over and test drove the car. They gave me a very good trade in value for my old car. I told them I did not want their financing or insurances and they did not push me. I drove out with my new vehicle a very satisfied customer. Last night Austin -- the tech guy -- came by my house for about an hour answering any of my questions about how "stuff" works. He then went through all tech and made sure I was set up. Having this appointment two weeks after the purchase was perfect -- I already had figured out a lot -- but, having someone provide this personal service was awesome. Thank you Subaru for having such a great after purchase program. Austin even gave me a $25 gas card for my time -- I would have gladly paid for his. This is my 7th Subaru purchase -- and this vehicle has surpassed my expectations of new features I would like to have.
I went in and was looking at the Outback. The sales rep, Jose was a nice kind gentleman who was very helpful, very welcoming, and very informative. I appreciate his help. I ended up going with another car brand but overall the experience going to this dealership was very welcoming. Thank you again.
