I had a great experience purchasing my new Subaru. Austin came out to my house and explained all of the amazing features. I was blown away by his knowledge! I have purchased several new cars, but I have never experienced this level of service. Austin is the cherry on the top of the cake! I can't thank him enough for showing me all the things my Subaru can do!!

Thanks to everyone who helped me purchase my new Crosstrek! Rocky, Lisa and Daniel were awesome the Sunday I purchased my car. It took awhile but I was comfortable and kept up to date as I waited to finalize the deal. AUSTIN is a standout! He spent a lot of time today going over all the tech with me. I bought my Subaru at Subaru of Ontario. It was an easy, pleasant experience. The Love-Encore Program sent me Austin Day. He came to my home. I will repeat that: He came to my home and schooled me on every feature that my 2020 Forester Limited has to offer. Austin was great. He is a great teacher with an excellent "car side" manner. Especially helpful for an old tech bereft codger like myself. I could not ask for a better teacher and that is coming from a high school teacher. I highly recommend Subaru if Ontario and Austin Day of the Love-Encore Program.

Bought my car here. They were great and worked with me on pricing, unlike Puente Hills. A couple weeks later, Austin came out to my home to go over all the features of the car. He was an amazing help! He stayed for over an hour and was very thorough. I'm very pleased.
