Subaru offers a free program in which an expert teaches the owner how to properly operate all functions of the vehicle. The few stories that he shared gave me confidence that all the details that he was showing me about my new Subaru was indeed legit. In other words, this gentleman wasn't simply another employee. Not only did he enjoy his work with Subaru, but that he knew exactly what he was talking about. My expert spoke professional the entire time and also made me feel comfortable to ask all of my questions; I thought I was hanging out with an old friend. He gave me all sorts of gifts at the end of his visit to include a gas card! I would absolutely refer anyone to Subaru and if you can request your Subaru Love Encore expert-definitely ask for Austin.
