The easiest, most honest and convenient way to buy your dream Subaru. We picked up our new car today. We picked out the features online through Subaru of Ontario's website and then drove to Ontario to meet Cheryl the internet sales expert. There was no pressure, no up selling, and the price was what Consumer Reports called an excellent buy. We were treated with courtesy and respect by the entire team. If you plan on buying a Subaru it is worth the drive to reach this dealer. We drove from Rancheo Mirage after being told by Subaru of Palm Springs that the vehicle we wanted was not available even as a special order. Special order through Subaru of Ontario and we had the car in 7 weeks. Can't say enough good things about the experience.
We just picked up our 2015 Outback limited and couldn't be happier. We had a great experience with Aaron Brown. He was personable, funny and gave us a great deal on our car. I would definitely purchase from Aaron again. So happy to part of the Subie Club!
The sales team at Subaru of Ontario were so great. We went last weekend just to look, and got absolutely no pressure from the salesman. We let him know right away that we were just looking, and Vince took us on 2 test drives. He was very knowledgeable and looking out for our best options, not what would get him more commission. We were so impressed, we decided to come back the following weekend and purchase a car. Again, Vince was there to find us exactly what we wanted, and nothing more. Aaron in Internet Sales was also great. He was the only Internet Sales person that didn't call me a million times to come in. Anyway, the purchase of the vehicle could not have been easier. We got what we wanted for our trade, we got the price we wanted without haggling, and it did not take forever like I've experienced in the past with other dealerships. We are so glad we met such a knowledgeable, friendly, sincere sales team at Subaru Of Ontario. Thanks again guys, we are thrilled with our Forester!
I just have to say my experience at Subaru was beyond satisfactory! I first spoke to the sales person Chrissy and although I did not end up purchasing my car from her she was beyond helpful. She answered all of my questions to best of her knowledge. She was honest and upfront and extremely polite and nice. She then directed me to the internet sales person Cheryl who she felt could help me more with what I was looking for and I just have to say I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me! She really helped me and got me the best possible deal! Not only was she a delight to work with but her professionalism along with her wonderful personality made purchasing my car and easy experience! Over all I am very happy and satisfied with this dealership! I have no complaints! And I'll be going back to them for my next purchase! I'm in love with my 2014 legacy! Thank you Cheryl, Chrissy, and Subaru of ontario!
I was looking for a place to have my Subaru serviced. I come from and bought my Subaru in Colorado from the best Subaru dealership in the world: (Not just my words, they've won awards!) Heuberger Subaru. So, of course I'm used to a certain level of treatment. Subaru of Ontario's service department was small, but honored our appointment time (unlike some other Subaru dealerships in the area) and had a great waiting room. They have big cozy chairs, tv, vending machines AND free coffee or tea!! We didn't even have to wait that long, he estimated an hour and a half, but we were out of there in 45 minutes! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the A/C was on FULL BLAST in the waiting area, and while I know it's summer time and it can get pretty hot in Ontario, I was freezing.
The Husband and I went out to look at various vehicles today to get a feel for what I want. We had the luck of getting Alicia as our sales person, and she was awesome. Very nice, happy to show us everything we wanted (this included sitting in various models to check head room, walk around looking only at colors, and test driving), and was not pushy in any way. It was pretty great being able to test drive a Outback in the 4 cylinder configuration and not have our sales person pushing the bigger engine on us the whole time (*sigh* looking at you Ford and Jeep). We were upfront and honest with her that we still had other places to go and look and that we wouldn't be buying today and she didn't once try to pull the "Just come in and sit down, I'll put some numbers together for you" routine on us. In the end, I won't be getting a Subaru personally, but it has nothing to do with our experience. If I had liked it best out of my top three choices I would definitely be going back to Alicia for my purchase. =D Maybe when it's time for our fun car we'll go WRX and come see her for that one!
