Purchased a new Subaru Outback from Cheryl Sauer. Experience was great after not so great experience at local dealership. Cheryl Sauer made the whole process easy and fast. The negotiation was straightforward. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I was in a rush (had whole family with me). With Cheryl's help, the whole transaction at the dealership took less than 20 minutes. Pretty AWESOME! Highly recommend her.

Service department did excellent. Had some trouble identifying an overheating problem through various mechanics, but eventually (it did take some time), these guys found the problem and took care of it. Brian is an especially nice guy who makes you feel taken care of and definitely does not try to upsell you or deceive. Thanks a bunch!

Eric Rivera was very kind and helpful. I had been unable to find the specific car I wanted at other Subaru dealerships and he not only found my car, but he ensured that it was ready to go when I picked it up. The financing was very easy and we did not have to spend any extra time waiting at the dealership. I highly recommend purchasing from Subaru of Ontario and suggest you work with Eric!

Best service ever! All the employees are friendly and welcoming. The service manager Jerry is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The GM Michael goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. I am a forever customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

Car buying is easy, they had the best out-the-door price. The person I worked with, Aaron Brown, went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station. Here's something I particularly liked about him: he never asked what I do for a living or any of those other caste system questions I've gotten from everyone at every dealership I've been to until now. I misunderstood something during the sale and they were very responsive and offered a solution. I wasn't able to clearly explain to my partner about how three features worked together and the dealership didn't respond to phone calls or emails to explain it to him, so now he's worried about my safety. They washed my car on the north side of the building, allowing the wash water to flow on the ground. It would be nice if they used their wash rack -- especially if it recycles the wash water because we're in a drought. Star Rating Aaron Brown: 5 stars Dealership: 3 stars Average: 4 stars

I'm giving them 5 stars because the service department was EXCELLENT. Gerald Reeves was very polite, friendly and helpful despite it being super early. The cashier almost ruined my experience. She arrived late and gave me a snotty attitude when I had asked for help. I couldn't see anyone at the service department so I went to her, she snidely answered me to check in the service department, luckily I found someone BY MYSELF. She was even rude when I was paying. I paid attention to her phone etiquette, super friendly answering phones but when it seemed the person would ask her a question she would be rude. I would strongly suggest she adjust her attitude.
