I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Subaru Forester at Subaru of Ontario! My first interaction with the dealership started with True Car, where I selected the model and options I desired and True Car sent out my selections to local dealerships. I was initially interested in the Crosstrek, but found that many dealerships did not have the car and options I wanted. Subaru of Ontario was no exception to this however I did appreciate the friendly response and no-nonsense quote I received from Pedro. After more research, I stumbled upon the Forester Black Edition which piqued my interested, and Ontario just so happened to have this model. I decided to reach out to Pedro for a quick quote and he again came back with a great offer. After exchanging a few emails and even visiting another local dealership, I decided to see the car in person and take it for a test drive. Pedro was awesome throughout the process and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Even the dreaded "finance guy" made the process quick and easy - thanks for that Javier! All in all, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend buying a Subaru from here.

Big shout out to the service repair shop (Matt and Efrain especially Efrain) these guys are dedicated and kick ass. Overall my experience had it's ups and downs but ultimately it ended on a really great note. These guys are kick ass and will do everything they can to take care of you. At 75,000 miles on my 2015 WRX I had an unfortunate engine failure and it was going to cost me $6k to fix it. I had no idea why my engine had this failure and contested that I had always had my service done on the scheduled intervals at the dealer. They looked at my service history and agreed. So long story short is that they confirmed I was a responsible car owner and the failure was kind of an anomaly on the FA-20 motor (2.0 liter) at such low miles. They went to bat for me with Subaru corporate of America and they agreed to do a good faith repair for me and covered a healthy amount of the repair cost. They really went over and above for me when I was down and out. The repairs took much longer than they anticipated (4 weeks) but when they went past the promised target date they put me in a new impreza (with the new eye sight and that this is sooo cool) so I could get around and not spend anymore on a rental car. Summary treat your service advisors with respect and you will get the same in return. They are human and they aren't out to screw you over. Great job Subaru of Ontario!

I came across Aaron Brown as I searched the internet for a deals on a 2017 Subaru. Subaru of Ontario did not have the vehicle I was searching for but Aaron gave me a great deal on a 2018 model. Aaron was upfront with pricing from the beginning. There was no surprises when I went to the dealership. If your tired of back and forth tactics with other dealerships give Aaron a call to save time and money.

This was my first time buying a car and I could only hope that all my future experiences are as smooth. Big kudos to Cheryl S., the internet sales expert, and Michael C. in finance. Both were very friendly, did not pressure me in any way at any time during the meet, and answered all my questions, straight and to the point, which was a HUGE plus in my book. Would recommend others to this dealership.

I mentally prepared myself to deal with another short-answered, quick to judge impatient salesman just like any other place. Abanoub changed my whole perspective, reminding me there are genuinely interested brand representatives willing to take the time to answer and inform their customers. For being one of the youngest sales rep to ever help me out, he did an excellent job at providing me full details of what their brand had to offer, from the car specs to services thereafter. Check Abanoub out if you're ever considering a Subaru, his knowledge of the brand and patience will definitely make your car buying experience a memorable one.

In all honesty, I've always been a fan of Subarus cars, I bought myself a WRX when I was in need of a new car but I honestly could not have been able to afford the car if It wasn't for Abanoub, or snoop as his coworkers call him. He led me into buying the best vehicle for my money's worth and he made the process very very easy and extremely affordable, although I had some trouble with my credit a few years back. Overall Snoop gave me a hell of a deal and was extremely respectful and patient throughout the process. If anyone's buying a car here I RECOMMEND SNOOP!! He will do it right for you!!
