These guys were very nice to set us up with a brand new Subaru for a great price! Everyone worked really hard to make sure we knew what we are getting into. This was our first car buying experience. We were comfortable the whole time and never felt too pressured in this situation. We recommend purchasing through Subaru of Ontario!

I called the night before b/c my car would not go into gear and I was getting nervous since this never happened to me. I called and I spoke with Melvin since I didn't know why my car wasn't working. He told what I needed to do to get it into gear and told me to bring in the Forester by 9-10 the next morning. Melvin was extremely knowledgeable and I had explained to him that my car was also making a screeching sound and that other dealers said that nothing was wrong with my car but I wasn't satisfied with that response. Come to find out that my brakes needed to be replaced since I only had less than 2 cm left. WTH all other places said that nothing was wrong!! Melvin gave us the best customer service I had experienced compared to other Subaru dealers. Also, I got a complimentary car wash. The staff was really nice and they even hook my kids up with fresh popcorn.:) THANKS MELVIN best customer service :)

I had my first Subaru dealer experience in 2014 I purchased 2015 Outback traded that for a 2016 Forester each time Edwin was very nice and never pushed. Now my most recently purchased a legacy 2017 with Aaron it was the same experience. Aaron was a very nice sales manager, the purchased was fast and hassle free!

Although I have family and friends who bought Subarus in the past, this is my first experience with buying a Subaru. Amber Arias, the internet manager there, was so helpful and friendly! She found the exact type of car that I wanted so quickly and at the best price! She even met me at the dealership on her day off! That's what I call service! After the purchase was completed, Amber went with me to the car to explain many of the features of the car that were very new to me. I am thrilled to be able to write about my very positive experience with Amber and Subaru of Ontario!

I love my service center! I make my service appointments with my Subi app and schedule it early. When I arrive my advisor greets me promptly after confirming that I have an appointment. I then use the wifi in the wait room to do my work after having made myself an espresso and when I bring my kids, they LOVE the fresh popcorn. I've seen the change in service in the past year be faster and efficient. Keep doing what you're doing guys!!
