Went in after both of our family cars were totaled (long story). The sales staff were incredible! They worked with us on getting the best deals on the cars and ZERO pressure sales tactics. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond to get us an even better payment plan than they we originally agreed to. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Make sure to ask for Josh! Great salesman that really understands how real people live.
Had a very good experience with my first Subaru purchase back on 12/5/2017. It's been a month now, so I figured I'd get my reviews and surveys completed. I'd been interested in the Crosstrek since it came out and was finally in the market for one. I knew what I wanted and was treated very well by the internet sales person, Brittanie. She worked hard to get me into the car I wanted with the options I wanted. I was happy with the price quoted and the options I ended up with. Got the car I wanted without having to wait 2 months for a factory build. Great experience with the purchase process for me. The parts/service dept. is something else. I wanted to have the dealer add/install the upgrade side mirrors and was quoted three hours install and parts coming to more than double what the factory option was. I declined. Purchased the part from another Subaru dealer and installed both sides myself in 30 minutes. I also requested a bottle of touch-up paint in the color of my car, which apparently they didn't have in stock; odd. Was told I would be ordered and notified when it came in so I could come back and pick it up. It's been a month and still no touch-up paint from the parts dept. Brittanie's attention got the dealership a 5* review, but the parts department rep got it knocked down. I thought about going lower, but that would have been unfair to Brittanie. Thanks Brittanie!
Have you ever walked into a dealership and felt pressured buying a car? Well at Subaru of Ontario you will have a great experience! No pressure at all! I came in a few days ago on New Year's Eve! Hands down to Sales Associate Pedro V., he definitely went all out to help us get the best deal for a WRX 2018! Believe it or not, we laughed, joked around, and simply felt like we were family! Something I've never experienced before! Pedro V., went beyond what his job description entails to get the best offer for my brand new WRX! He was very genuine and did not play the numbers game like most sales persons do. Really, its simple math and Pedro had no problem breaking down those numbers for a better understanding. Trust me! Pedro will hustle, you won't be disappointed! Also, let me add that I had several sales people assisting me to buy my car; Pedro, Francisco, and David. They were all very friendly, helpful, and patient. Most important there was no pressure. They all showed interest in helping with your budget.However, I highly recommend Pedro V since I did most of my interaction with him in making this purchase. Also, many thanks to the Finance Manager, Javier, who was very helpful and generous! Really, I'm very happy to be part of the Subaru Family! Thank you so much!

Had a good visit here with Glenn F as our salesman. We were able to test drive three different Subarus around a longer circular route. I was able to get a decent feel for the cars and really liked the ride of the Legacy, less enthusiasm for the Crosstrek, Outback, and absolutely did not like the Forester. The Legacy once loaded up is hitting that over 30K pricing and its a bit dated compared to the all new 2018 Accord and 2018 Camry. But the ride feel beat out the Accord easily. Like most modern dealers, price negotiation seems to be a thing of the past. However, this dealer does put the out-the-door pricing on the cars, which is more realistic than the base dealer retail price. So I appreciate that. Glenn seemed enthusiastic about the vehicles and his option matched mine with the Legacy. If you are in the market for a sedan, it's a smart buy for sure.
