In my most recent visit for vehicle maintenance, I was helped by Tony who showed great customer service. He was kind, informative, and kept me updated while I waited. Glad to have had a good experience without having had an appointment.

Sales person Rocky was great. He showed us the car in Mid November as we were just asking to test drive and check out the new Outback XT. He quickly gets for what we ask for and even went further to get the gas in for the color of the one we like so we can just test drive it. After quick test drive he asked us if when we like to make the purchase decision. We told him it will be in early December and he did not try to push us into making the decision, instead just ask for our number and said he will text us once there are good deals. By Thanksgiving he text us back said there are 0% APR for the car we like and we did came to get the car. Unfortunately, he was not available today and instead we were greeted by another sales person, his name is David You. He quickly found the car we like and get down to business and finish the deal in less than a hour, no hassle and straight to the discount for the price, which is lower than my TrueCar discount, around $1500 off he MSRP. He even cross out the GAP insurance and tire insurance... bunch of useless thing and said most people don't need to pay extra for those insurance that almost never used. After signing the contract he patiently go over all the features on the StarLink system and help us set up everything one by one. These two sales person are certainly the best and kindest sales here in Subaru of Ontario. If you plan for a visit please ask for their personal services!

Third times the charm! Experience 1: Purchasing my vehicle: When I purchased my vehicle last year, I was so disappointed with my salesman, David. I came in one evening (about an hour before closing) and ended up loving a car, so we proceeded to go through with the purchasing... I just wish I could have come in not so close to closing time, but he assured me it was no problem. Well, his actions spoke louder than his words, it definitely felt like it was an inconvenience. They took my car to "get cleaned", but afterwards there was soda syrup in the cup holders and crumbs throughout but he still rushed me out, didn't show me how to work anything on my new car, gave me a trash bag to hurry and empty out my old car and sent me on my way as quickly as possible. When I got home, I realized they didn't even give me floor mats! It was so disappointing how unimportant he made me feel. Also, the car had said "-- miles" til empty, indicating it needs to be filled right away, but he informed us that they don't fill your tank unless you buy BRAND new so on my way home (around 1030PM) I had to stop at a gas station just to make it home, i didn't expect a full tank but I'm a young woman so even just a gallon of gas I would've been grateful for so I wouldn't have to go to the gas station alone so late at night. My boyfriend called the next morning to express our disappointment, the manager at the time didn't care at all and started an argument. We went later that afternoon to get my floor mats, reclean the inside and for David to show me how to use the features on my car... sucks I had to make a second trip down there for these basics. Since this experience, I've had 3 close friends purchase Subarus. They asked me if I had someone I can refer them to, but I've told each one of them DO NOT GO TO SUBARU ONTARIO. Experience 2: my first service with my Subaru (had 2 free ones included in my vehicle purchase, otherwise I would've gone somewhere else) Long story short, although I had an appointment, I still waited 3.5 hrs for a basic service. It was a cold rainy day and the man who helped me attitude was cold as well. When they were done with the service and brought my back my car, I noticed the wiper fluid light was still on before I left, so I asked if they can fill it... the man was confused, took a closer look under the hood and realized THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE OIL CHANGE although they gave me the sheet with everything checked off that was completed... so I waited another 20 minutes so they can actually do my oil change and was on my way, but not with another day of disappointment. Experience 3: Third times the charm! my final included service (THANK YOU CLAY) Due to the last 2 experiences, I was totally discouraged and not happy to come back. I had an appointment and when I arrived, Clay was there to help me. Right off the bat, Clay was friendly, polite and informative. He quoted about an hour and half to complete my service. He called me about 20 minutes after I left and let me know my axel boot was no good, but he had already looked into my Subaru warranty and let me know right away it would only cost me the $100 deductible price. I was so happy to hear the damage wasn't too steep and that he already looked into the warranty for me. I didn't ask, but I assumed it might add a little extra time onto the original hour and a half. It absolutely didn't, he called back about an hour later and said OK - your car is ready! Wow, that was quick. When I arrived, he brought my car out and let me know my 60k mile service was due. If I ever come back to this place, it will be because of Clay but will make sure I schedule my service when he's working. David: 2 stars (at least tried to make it right by agreeing to give me weather floor mats and a sun visor) Management at the time of purchase: 0 stars Clay: 10 stars - thank you SO much for your help today, I truly appreciate your professionalism, your attentiveness & your good attitude.

Great service experience w/Mike V. at Subaru of Ontario! Very professional and great sense of humor. Mike and his team got me in and out for a service during a busy Friday morning in less time than expected. Great customer service, no complaints!

Subaru of Ontario was one of the dealerships i contacted and they were very helpful and informative with their vehicle availability and finace options. One of the cars i was interested in was in transit and they kept me up to date on when it would arrive. Once it arrived, we schedule an appointment so i can test drive a few of the cars I was interested in. Dan Gressman was the salesman that took care of me. He was an awesome salesman and very informative on the cars. On top of that, he prepared all the necessary paperwork and was out of the office in my new car in less then a few hours. He broke down the options and took his time explaining what each option meant. Overall i had an amazing experience that Subaru of Ontario and everyone there was awesome. If you happen to be in the market for a new car, ask for Mr. Gressman, awesome salesman.
