Really good experience, especially for a dealership. My still fairly new Subaru was having battery issues and I could see it was corroded. Brought in my 'roo and a few hours later, they replaced the battery, windshield wipers and did a bunch of other checklist items as well. Very nice and polite. A few employees were not wearing masks or wearing them properly, so just a heads up in case you are being extra careful.

We purchased a 2020 Impreza tonight and the transaction was easy and both employees we worked with were fantastic. Our salesman, Harley Hays was professional, personable and not a typical car salesman. He identified our wants and needs and found the perfect vehicle and options for my daughter without pushing us into something more. I opted to apply for financing online in order to pre-qualify and get the process started. The finance person Don Horrigan wrote up our paperwork and had us in and out after offering a few more options. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and my daughter is beyond excited for her brand new car. Thank you again Harley and Don!

I was on the fence about buying a Subaru at first. I was curious about the Subaru because some friends and family have one. I didn't know anything about them myself. The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and patient. I had a lot of questions and hesitant about jumping the gun and getting into a vehicle I would be unhappy with. Fortunately, Luisa was there to guide me through the buying process. She really helped answer a lot of my questions and was very patient with me when I was indecisive about the color I wanted. Luisa was just great through the whole process. Shopping here was a positive and comfortable experience for me.

Subaru of Ontario puts in work! I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek, I wasn't happy with my deal and Don and Chuck worked tirelessly to make it a right fit for me, and truly did. I am happy with my purchase and can now breath easily. Thank you for taking the time to work with me. I am now ready to enjoy my Brand new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek!
