I just brought in a WRX MY13 for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. They were very busy as were the surrounding Subaru Dealers. But the Service writer got one of his guys on it almost straight away. They did a decent job of checking out the cars overall condition. I purchased the oil and they did an oil change pulling a sample of oil in a white cup, so I could see if there was any visible metal. (another long story). All was good, and the car proved to be in great condition for a 7 year old vehicle with 124K miles.Not the most cutting edge dealership, probably fairly old. But they get things done and are professional. For my limited exposure, I had a 5 star service.Thanks Guys.

The best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Just for reference let me tell you I am a young single woman so going into a dealership by myself was intimidating. Everybody has heard the horror stories I'm sure… But when I came to Subaru it was the most pleasant experience I've had thus far buying a new car. The salesman listened to everything I wanted in the car and matched me up perfectly while staying within my budget. The paperwork went really smoothly and quickly surprisingly. It was also understandable and they made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for and that I was OK with everything. All in all I felt really comfortable purchasing a car here and I highly recommend this dealership. If you're looking for honest people and a straightforward experience definitely come here!

I will Highly recommend working with the great people at this location. Debbie, Carlos and Vanessa Felix are such a cool team to work with. I recently had to replace my windshield and Carlos help me through every step of it. While Vanessa kept me updated with the process of my windshield order and installation. Debbie when as far as giving my wife the option to use a rental for the few hours while my car was getting fix. thankfully she didn't have to, Due to how fast the installation team and calibration guys worked. Thank you everyone at Subaru of Ontario!! Cheers.
