Love my new Subaru. My first service was amazing. Their service department was exceptional. Amanda in service helped me understand the features of my vehicle I didn't even know I had. Thank you Subaru of Ontario.

Something has definitely gotten better in the Service Department at this dealership or maybe it's because Clay and the tech I got were able to handle service for my Ascent professionally, courteously and quickly! I'm pretty sure that Clay was also the service professional who tried to look after me the last time I was there when my original rep left me with no updates. I appreciate him going out of his way to make the service as pleasant as possible. I'm going to go out of my way to ask for Clay when I take my car in for maintenance in the future. Hopefully, the awesome service I received continues.

Came in for an oil change and some advice about a couple of concerns. Amanda was very helpful with every step. Service was professional and quick. Spoke to service manager about the change in operations ... it's always been a longer than normal wait trying to get regular service done. Not anymore! They're on top of they're game. Need an oil change for that Subaru@f0 Give them a try. I think you'll see the difference.

Fast and great customer service! Clay was kind and helped me get my day going with a ride back home for my daughters birthday party!

I purchased a Subaru from a non Subaru dealership who sold me extended coverage to cover all oil changes and anything internal.. told me i could go to any Subaru dealership to get it done. Made an appointment with Subaru of Ontario drove over 45 mins to get here for them to tell me my coverage is not excepted everywhere and after being on the phone with original dealer it was true only being covered at dealerships over 1.45 hours away. Seeing my frustration the manager Carlos and Vanessa stepped up and said this time they would cover my oil change for all the headaches. Their customer service here is beyond amazing! I wish i purchased here not the other dealer!

I bought my Subaru BRZ from this dealer about a year ago. I had a great experience with that and now after postponing a long while went back to have Allen detail and apply the clear coat ( Premier Auto Defense I believe it's called) to my car. The Hyper Blue paint job for whatever reason, had swirls all through it. He couldn't promise to make them all go away but about every single one did and the car looks so amazing! I can't thank him enough! Looks as though it rolled out of the factory yesterday! Looks better than brand new
