Thanks to everyone who helped me purchase my new Crosstrek! Rocky, Lisa and Daniel were awesome the Sunday I purchased my car. It took awhile but I was comfortable and kept up to date as I waited to finalize the deal. AUSTIN is a standout! He spent a lot of time today going over all the tech with me. He was so patient and thorough. Great work ethic for a young guy! I have to say the customer service by phone needs training. To many transfers and holds. No resolution to my questions. Thanks, TENA
