Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had an emergency need for a transmission bolt on a car for our [disabled] friend who lives in Arrowhead. I text Ontario through Google maps & got an immediate response, as time was of the essence. We had called closer Subaru dealers (Riverside, San Bernardino), but they were not willing to help at all. Only Robert at Ontario was willing to leave the part with the cashier after hours. We drove 50 mins one way to pick it up, and it allowed us to fix her car (until 9pm). Robert saved the day! Kudos for going the extra mile to help us.
They were wonderful. The staff were professional, caring and accommodating. Would go back again and refer them to my friends.
Passenger window stopped working so i took in my WRX, was helped by Crystal, she helped me avoid having to leave the car,taking a shuttle, and then coming back by staying after hours and going above and beyond to get my window fixed on the spot, FREE OF COST. Crystal a real one and deserves a raise!
