I've had my car serviced here since I bought it in October of 2010. I found myself in a jam recently when my radiator went out. I had the car towed here and was helped by Marvin Clay. It was late and approaching closing time so I was thankful I could leave it here for Marvin to handle. My car was repaired 2 days later when parts became available by his team while I could focus on my work. It was a reassuring feeling to see a familiar face and be treated with respect and professionalism. It sometimes takes finding oneself stranded and realizing how important our cars are to appreciate the team that gets us back on the road. Thank you Marvin.

I am happy to see improvements at the Service Department with new staff and manager. It was a stark contrast to earlier this year when the Department seemed to be in turmoils when there was turnover of the entire staff. Anyway shoutouts to the Manager Carlos and his staff. Great services. We have two Subies, we will be coming back.

Subaru of Ontario has great service. Amanda was very attentive to the issues I was having with my Subaru and even recommended what services I should have done without selling me on what is unnecessary. Great customer service and done in a timely matter.

I had my car towed to Subaru of Ontario this morning because it had a strong smell of gas. Allen from service signed me in. I HAVE never been treated with so much respect and attention at this dealer. I stopped going there because the service help all had a bad attitude it was awful. The 5 stars are all for Allen. Management...you finally found a good crew. There were 2 young ladies and another gentleman in there today and all of them were so respectful to the clients. THANK YOU!!!

I bought a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek from Ontario Subaru. As a woman I was treated with total respect by Bryan! That doesn't always happen. In fact we saw one we wanted on a Sunday but it was cold and rainy. I called on Monday morning and it was gone. I went in any way to see a different car. By the time I got there they'd found another one for me exactly what I wanted. It's the easiest purchase of a car I'd ever made!! Then they introduced me to Austin! That's the best idea Subaru has! We talked a bit and then I set up an appointment for Austin to come out to my home! It was the best. He knows everything there is to know about my Crosstrek. I learned so much from him. I so appreciate it! Good job Austin, Bryan and Ontario Subaru!! I love my car!!! I love the Subaru Love-Encore program! Helped so much!
