Went for oil change. Quoted 1.5 hrs. Done in .5 car washed and tires rotated. Robert was service manager. Starbucks coffee.

I am a 22 year old brand-spanking-new college grad who needed a safe, reliable and comfortable ride. I searched online for so many different cars (especially the hatchback style) when I decided I wanted to try out the Subaru Impreza Hatchback. I sent an email inquiry and got a quick response from Angelina who transferred me over to Amber Arias. Amber is the sweetest, most honest, reliable cars salesman I have ever worked with. I was nervous since I had just gotten my driver's license and she took me out on a test drive herself. First she drove the car to a secluded area so I could drive with no traffic around me to get a feel for the car. She guided me through reversing, parking at a curb, and doing a full U-turn. Then she helped me make my way back to the dealership to get a full feel of what driving the car would be like. She responded to my questions via e-mail with incredible speed and honesty. When I asked for an estimated price, she gave me a full break-down of the costs and an out-the-door estimate. She treated me like her very own daughter and I felt so safe buying the car from her. After purchasing the car, she walked me through every single one of the functions. She also taught me about car maintenance and how to take care of my brand new first-ever car. She gave me her personal card so that I could call her whenever I needed help, and I've ALREADY called her asking about a flashing light that made me nervous. She didn't laugh or tell me to leave her alone and call customer service. In fact, she talked me through it, explained it and DOUBLE CHECKED with Subaru customer service to make sure her information was correct. I was seriously blessed that I found her. If anyone is looking to buy a Subaru near Ontario (or far from Ontario) I highly recommend seeking her out. Thanks Amber!!

This review is for the sales department. It's been 10 years since I last purchased a new car. I had a Toyota Corolla with 210,000 miles on it. Great car with no real problems except that my ac was working that great and I didn't want to put in the money to fix because I new I wanted to buy something new. I test drove a few cars, but my favorite by far was the Subaru Forester. Our salesman was David, and he was really friendly, professional and informative. NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER!! We got a great deal on a 2013 model. I am really happy with the service I received. I totally love my car! We have a new baby, so reliability and safety were a big factor on purchasing this car. I would totally recommend a Subaru to anyone, and would definitely recommend Subaru of Ontario! Ask for David!!

My wife and I drove 100 miles to Subaru of Ontario because the salesperson, Amber was efficient and honest. We both had a very pleasent purchase experience and will return when we need another car. We highly recommend Subaru of Ontario as a great place to get your new car!!!:o)

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from my sales person, Angelina Reyes. In fact, she is the only reason I purchased my car at Subaru of Ontario. I had talked to at least 5 other dealerships before calling Angelina Reyes and she impressed me the most. She was extremely prompt and thorough throughout my buying experience. Every time I had a question or concern she handled it right away. Every time I spoke to her, she had a great attitude and made me feel like I was her only customer. If it weren't for her, I would have bought my car at my local Subaru dealership 10 miles away (Subaru of Ontario is 30 miles away from me). I was impressed with the staff at Subaru of Ontario and would definitely refer everyone I know to Angelina Reyes if they were in a market for a Subaru.

I used to sell Subarus, but I don't anymore. When it came time for me to get another one (my lease was almost up), I had to find another dealer because my break from my previous employer was not a pleasant one. Luckily, I got in touch with the Internet department at Ontario Subaru. I leased my new 2013 Legacy from Angelina, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, which I appreciated. Also, I got an amazing deal on the car. I was about as educated as a car buyer could get, so I knew what sort of payment to expect. Ontario Subaru came in about $20 per month lower on the lease then I thought it would be. That was a pleasant surprise. They also put leather in my new car for me for a very reasonable cost, and all of the ladies in the internet sales department (Angelina, Cheryl, and Amber) were extremely helpful. I ended up meeting all of them during my transaction. Overall, it was about as good of an experience as one could have buying a car. I highly recommend going through the Internet Department at Ontario Subaru.
