I was disappointed to find this dealer was not so different from others I have dealt with over the years. I found a staff that was not so in-tune with their customers and not all that interested in providing customer service. I had found a Technical Service Bulletin online that pertained to an issue on my new Impreza and made an appointment to have some new software installed to resolve the problems. Only after I showed them a printed copy of the TSB and confirmed my appointment with them, did they proceed to take my car in for service. The software update was completed quickly and they did wash my car before releasing it to me, but the quality of the initial service was mediocre at best.

Marvin in the Service Department at Subaru of Ontario, is a wonderful asset to their business. Marvin was always keeping me informed while my car was being repaired and I was very pleased that Subaru had added an extended warranty to my vehicle year. I would highly recommend Subaru of Ontario for any repairs your Subaru may need.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a look at what they had to offer here at Subaru of Ontario since she was in store for a new car and luckily we did. Once we arrived and looked around for about five minutes Rocky one of the sales associates approached us and asked what we were looking for. Which was a 2018 Crosstrek with all the bells and whistles, he then directed us to the inventory and saw " the one," that caught my girlfriend's eye. Need less to say started the paperwork and drove off in our new Crosstrek. Thank You Rocky, Daniel, and Aaron ! ! !

While I was very appreciative of the swift attention to my vehicles particular issue, a damaged "steering gear". I was less than satisfied when I collected the vehicle. The system had not been properly bled, causing the steering wheel to constantly vibrate. This condition remained for approximately the first 5 miles, until the system ultimately came up to temperature and then all was calm and quiet. I have not had any further occurrence, however if it had been my wife or daughter collecting the vehicle, they likely wouldn't have been able to drive with any confidence. The car should have been road tested to be certain all was functioning appropriately prior to release of the vehicle.T Edmondson

This dealership and service department always has taken good car of me. This time I had asked them to check all my fluids especially my oil, which they said they did, told me it was fine and sent me on my way. Got home and decided to just check. Low and behold I was low on my oil. Not happy
