My 12 year old WRX has been a great car and I've never had an urge to replace it. My wife needed a new vehicle and Subaru was at the top of the list. We went to Carmax to be disappointed by their Subie selection and the quality of the vehicles. We decided to check out Subaru of Ontario even though I avoid car dealerships like the plague because aggressive sales people drive me nuts. Jeremy Fan asked us if we needed help. "Oh boy, here we go" I thought to myself. I explained that we were just spending our Saturday browsing. He asked if we needed help and I told him "no". He asked that I let him know if I needed anything and he left it at that. I was stunned that he was intuitive and knew not to be aggressive. We took our time and walked the lot. Came around to a warm smile from him and nothing more. I looked at my wife, she gave me the nod; I asked him if we could drive a beautifully equipped 2015 Forester. He abliged promptly and before you know it we're the happy owners of Subaru#2. It was the first car we noticed on the lot and it's the one we came back to in the end. It was THE car for our family. The whole process went so peacefully that I didn't even think to haggle with them over the price. I knew what I saw at Carmax and I knew what I was looking at here and there was no comparison. Same price, way way different experience and much nicer and better equipped and better condition vehicle. No comparison whatsoever. Got it for 2k under KBB value without any hassle. I appreciate you guys, you changed my whole outlook on car buying. Thank you Jeremy for this great experience.

Pedro was great at helping me find the Outback in the trim and color I wanted. He spent several days contacting other dealerships in the area to retrieve the car I wanted and eventually picked it up from San Bernardino. He was really easy to communicate with, responsive, and overall very helpful and involved in the whole process. 10/10

OH my goodness!!! Words can not describe how my wife is so much in LOVE with her Crosstrek!!! From the first visit with Daniel T. Showed us what we were looking for, went for a test drive, and choosed to purchase a Crosstrek. My wife is very pickey!! It's all about the color of the car she drives. I am all about the safety!! We striked it rich by waiting for the blue Crosstrek to get to Ontario!! Couple of weeks, but VERY well worth it. Now she has her cake and can eat it too!!! My wife goes out to the garage every night and says " Good night Ms. Sexy!" Happy Wife = Happy Life!!! I'm HAPPY!! Thank you!!
