Excellent service! lunch provided and painlessly drove off in my new crosstrek. They really were easy to work with and great customer service.
I had an appointment at 8:30 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle wasn't done until 10:00 AM. Normally that's not a big deal, but with an appointment? I don't believe that's acceptable.
The experience was fine. But, the problem is still the same. We took the crosstrek in because every time we start the car the hybrid light comes on and says to restart the car. The problem is still happening and now we have to restart the vehicle 2-3 times before the light goes off. Do you have any suggestions? Should we bring it in again?
It was a pretty painless car buying experience, I was not expecting to trade my 2015 WRX after doing a service but, I had already been in contact with the sales woman, to schedule a test drive for that day. Went on a test drive, like the vehicle, got what I was asking for my trade-in and walked away with a great deal after going back and forth in negotiations. Great experience, the saleswoman was a delightful!
