After a very frustrating hunt for the vehicle we wanted and dealing with pushy, unorganized or big attitude sales people, we were very lucky to have encountered a GREAT salesperson (Rocky ... NOT your stereo-type 'salesman'!! Whew!) at Ontario Subaru. Whereas, at one point we came across a 'hiccup' (although, no fault of Ontario), Rocky, Daniel and Michael went out of their way to prove that Ontario Subaru was above the grade! Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!! (one star was deducted for the young lady in customer service/cashier with NO compassion and her condescending attitude ... ugh!!)
Phenomenal customer service here. Walked in without an appointment to get my maintenance done and Marvin hooked me up. He got me in and out of there in no time! Thanks again to Marvin and the Subaru team.
Really great service I had alot of help with trading in my car and looking for the right car to fit my family from the internet manager here Terry. When I went into the dealership I recieved excellent service from Francisco in sales, he made it quick and easy to get us the car we wanted and when we finally got to the finance office Michael was very helpful in explaining everything to us. I even had an incedent where i left an envelope of money in the glove department of my trade in vehicle and they were really honest and humble about it here at Subaru of Ontario which is a rare quality to find now of days and they made sure the envelope made it back to me and I can't thank them enough for that. Overall I ended up leasing a hatchback Impreza and will definetly come back for my future cars and no doubt about it would recommend friends and family here!
I was looking for a Subaru Impreza at Glendale Ca, and took me 4 1/2hours there so they can give me a fair price that i think was opt for one... on the last minute given my frustations, I called Subaru of Ontario, I got an honest matched quote from Daniel Tajingwa, and afterwards gave me the price i wanted based on the add-ons of the trim/color of the subaru impreza i wanted which was unlike, Subaru of Glendale of which they were pushing me to buy the trim and color they wanted and not being flexible to heed my request for a discount, the manager even said that their price was it, and if i walked out their door, i wont get the discount they were offering me anymore... im glad i stepped out after reaching out to Daniel Tajingwa... Subaru Ontario was there to save me of my frustrations of getting the subaru impreza i wanted. My special thanks to Daniel Tajingwa! You're just an awesome and excellent person! With him, while i was at Subaru Glendale, i called him and with a few phone calls, he did not only match the quote the other dealer was giving me but gave a monroof, all around alarm ststem , and more accessories, on top of what was offered/quoted. I have never seen a very quick, honest and customer friendly approached on any car dealership like Subaru of Ontario... it was fast, swift, transparent and most welcoming... With my phone call with Daniel Tajingwa, he assured me of his price match quote and then i left Subaru Glendale and travelled to Ontario despite the 1 1/2 hours long i-10 traffic, but it was definitely sure worth the trip. What struck me most with Mr Daniel T. was his most kind words saying, "don't worry, we treat you like family here"! and oh boy! he was so true, I didnt have anyone to drive my new car while i need to drive my other car back to los angeles and it was 9:30pm already, Mr Daniel drove it for me, doing beyond his call of duty, he was not home/back to ontario until 12am... indeed, we didnt knew each other but i saw the compassion and service they do for their customers. In addition to, after i bought the car, he invited me and wanted to treat me and my family for lunch and/or dinner the following day so can show me (during his dayoff)around what fun stuff there is going east of LA, good eats and places to see... Mr Daniel T was not only great in doing his job, but makes you feel /think/do the true person of what everybody should be... kudos! there should more Mr Daniel T in this world... If you are thinking of buying a Subaru car, make sure to call this dealership first... look for Mr Daniel Tajngwa, sales specialist and their manager Mr Daniel Granados, you wont go wrong with these two Daniels! I got three years of free oilchange/tire rotation, key fob replacement, 4 years road side assistance, lifetime warranty on the engine... what else could i ask for with the REV Rewards Plus they gave me...
Just bought my Forester here. Just want to give a BIG shoutout to our salesman Marc Contreras for all his help! From the moment we stepped in, he made sure we were as comfortable as possible in the 115 degree heat. We asked for a Forester premium and he showed us what they had in stock. He then brought the car we wanted around and cooled it down with AC for 5 minutes while we waited inside and sipped on the ice cold water he got us (tbh it was lukewarm but thanks anyways). One thing that was really helpful was that Marc drives a Forester himself, so he was able to explain all the different features of the car, such as the awesome turn radius. He was really patient with my wife and I, helping us connect our Bluetooth, showing us the different features, and didn't try to upsell us on anything. Buying process was smooth, even with negotiation, and we were out of there with a Fozzy in a few hours with all paperwork signed. Fast forward a few days later we received an email from Marc to see how the car was doing. We needed a remote start installed too, so he set an appointment up for us. Had the remote start installed today and it's working great. Couldn't be happier with or new Forester. Thank you Marc the Man and Subaru Ontario!
I bought my wrx from them 2 years ago and while it took some negotiation, I left happy. Yesterday I took my husband in there because now he wants a Subaru, now we were young and dumb and made a bad car purchasing choice and had to roll over negative equity onto the truck we drive now. We are upside down and I knew we aren't in a spot to buy yet but we just wanted to look and see the numbers down on paper so we know what we have to do to break even. They were straight up with us! and said we can definately get you approved on the car you want, but talking to you as a person and not a sales person you should wait a couple years and maybe refinance to get your payment lower instead of rolling more negative over and doing the same thing to you. He also said that he wants to make a sale obviously but doesn't want to screw us over. Ummmmm I don't know about you all but I have never been to a dealership that wasnt pushy and just wanted to make their money. In a couple years when we get this truck paid down we will be back!
