Great quick service. Definitely would recommend having your subie served here. I was told my service was going to be 2 hrs and they had me on the road in 1.5 hrs. Very much appreciate the quick service.

This is a friendly place for the most part. Just purchased. David in finance is very robotic and makes an individual feel bad for not purchasing upgrades.

Phenomenal customer service!! The best car buying experience I've had to date. If you are even considering the purchase of a new vehicle, I'd highly recommend giving them a try. I even had my 18-month old with me and everyone was extremely understanding and accommodating. A+ staff to include the General Manager!!

I recently purchased a Subaru WRX Grey Series vehicle from Ontario Subaru. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend them! My brother purchased a car from them about a year ago and it really made me interested in buying a Subaru. I test drove the car in San Bernardino and it was a horrible experience!! But as soon as I walked into the Ontario location I was completely turned around. They offered us coffee while we waited, showed me the car right away and were upfront right away with the information I asked for. I purchased the car and protection within about 2 hours and even received a great recommendation for lunch! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING MARC CONTRERAS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT! Aaron Brown made the purchase of our new '19 Crosstrek so easy and painless it was amazing. We were wondering if it was too good to be true, but the car came in ahead of schedule and the price was more than fair considering it was a color that other dealers were not giving deals on.
