I've owned 34 cars, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEAT COMPANY I HAVE BOUGHT FROM. I went from Toyota to Mercedes to Jeep to Subaru and by far this Subaru dealership has blown away the competition!!!! Daniel the sales manager is amazing Rocky the sales rep is honest and helpful and Marvin the service advisor is 100% helpful amazing and knowledgeable

This is a couple weeks late but I have to give credit where it's due, especially when it came to salesman Rocky! I can honestly say buying my 2019 Crosstrek was one of the easiest purchases I've ever had of the 5 other cars I've purchased in my life. Rocky was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and best of all laid back and not your typical "pushy salesman". Even every other person I dealt with during my buying process was polite, helpful and also not pushy if I declined something. To give Rocky even MORE of a 5 star review for him personally he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I came alone and had another vehicle that needed to go to Ford. AFTER MY PURCHASE, this man drove to follow me and make sure I got my other vehicle to the service department. When I said I had to go to a different dealer in Chino Hills, this man followed me there in my new vehicle also so I didn't have to leave my car behind and get rides later. He only asked I drove him back to the dealership afterwards. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend friends and family to come here (and to Rocky specifically), and I already have.

Just moved back to LA and went to two mechanics for a check engine light. Both mechanics failed in diagnosing the problem while taking my money. Called Subaru of Ontario and they knew exactly what the issue is and it's covered under the emissions warranty. Problem solved with great service and a free car wash. Thanks Marvin!

A FAMILY OF SUBARU. Some amazing people can just do wonders for you.That was Francisco Perez exactly did on our behalf. Not only did he tirelessly mediated our bid, he remained steadfast and resolute to make us the happiest with our most recent Outback purchase. Since my brother has bought three vehicles from Subaru Ontario with the help of Francisco in the past, he embraced us like a family too.There was a strong sense of camaraderie, laughters and jokes in between. He was impeccably professional with a stellar work ethics who is passionate in selling the highly refutable Japanese made cars. My nephew from San Diego and cousin from Columbus, Ohio both owns Subaru cars. Now we are a family loyal to the brand. Thank you for your kindest help Francisco! I would like to personally thank Subaru of Ontario for employing such a wonderful asset, Cheryl Sauer at their Dealership. As of Saturday, 8/18/18, this is the 4th Subaru we have gotten from this Dealership as a result of working with Cheryl. I cannot begin to explain how happy my wife is with her new 2018 Subaru Outback Limited. Ever since my wife got her 1st Subaru Forester from Cheryl back in 2014, she has not wanted any other type of vehicle other than a Subaru. Since she has had 2 Foresters from Cheryl already, she wanted to try something different and went for a new 2018 Outback Limited. As for myself, I went ahead and got a 2019 Subaru WRX Sedan Limited with CVT Trans. Again, thank you for having such a wonderful Dealership and great people like Cheryl Sauer and others like her working at your Dealership!!!
