I called Subaru of Ontario on June 24, 2017 at approximately 7:30 am & had the privilege of speaking with Ashley Pedvin, Service Advisor for Subaru of Ontario. I shared that my wife & I were on vacation & I had some issues with my 2012 Subaru. Her voice indicated she had a genuine concern for my situation. Even though I had made an appointment on live chat the night before for Saturday June 25th at 7:30 am (no appt's available for Friday morning) she told me to bring it in & the techs would take a look at it. We brought the Forester in & I had the privilege to meet Ashly, she was as genuine in person as on the phone. She was able to get me in and the technician (Jerry Lopez) found the problem quickly, made the repair, ran diagnostics, topped off our fluids, & performed a safety check and we were on the road again in less than an hour. Ashley was so compassionate & kind, she is definitely a keeper, & if I were her supervisor I'd give her a raise to keep her. Ashley you were a blessing to us and you made our experience a joy!
