I was looking for a used car. And never imagined I would of found it here. I was looking for a used Ford Fiesta ST. I came in and met up with Francisco. He let me take it out for a spin. I had something going on where I wanted to come back and get it Friday. He gave me his card. Didn't pressure me on the spot like the place I went before. We were able to work a deal before I got there again on Friday. I came in and we were out of there in a bit over an hour. Stress and hassle free. Great service. Thank you Francisco.

It was a pleasure working with the Internet Sales team at this dealership! Chris did great in making sure I got the best deal and in demonstrating great customer service. Mike (in Finance) was patient and informative when I asked questions. The rest of the team was kind and friendly. I'm very happy with my new Subaru and thank the team for a great experience! So glad I stopped by. :)

Just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Adrian D. I can honestly say that he took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before signing any paperwork. He was very kind and professional the entire time that I spent at the dealership. Before I drove off, my daughter wanted to take a picture of me and my new outback- Adrian made sure the background of the photo would perfect by moving my new car to a picture perfect location. Thank you again Adrian for all of your help with the purchase of my new car! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Adrian. Also, thank you to Mike and Daniel at Subaru of Ontario!

Quick service. I was told my service was going to be 2 hrs and they had me on the road in 1hrs. It is a good place for oil change

I posted a review earlier and it was removed because I mentioned another place to have your car serviced. UPDATE: letting you know I had to return to this dealership after all the frustration from before. Sal is fantastic to work with. He helped me get a rental car (15 days) for a recall. Sal returned calls and is very pleasant and easy to work with. Very nice PR person!!! Subaru of Ontario has a very attentive sales department, if looking to buy I would purchase my car here. If you need your car serviced and in need of an oil change and your air pressure and tires rotated this department is for you. If you have any issues, talk with Sal!
