We recently bought a car from Subaru in Ontario and we had a great shopping experience with Enrique. He was a great sales person he was friendly very patient and the best part is that we got a great deal in our new Subaru. I was glad we went with Subaru, even though we had seen other dealers. The best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Just for reference let me tell you I am a young single woman so going into a dealership by myself was intimidating. Everybody has heard the horror stories I'm sure... But when I came to Subaru it was the most pleasant experience I've had thus far buying a new car. The salesman listened to everything I wanted in the car and matched me up perfectly while staying within my budget. The paperwork went really smoothly and quickly surprisingly. It was also understandable and they made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for and that I was OK with everything. All in all I felt really comfortable purchasing a car here and I highly recommend this dealership. If you're looking for honest people and a straightforward experience definitely come here!

A bit late to the review party, but I purchased my 2020 Crosstrek back in May, with the help of Dan. This was my first brand new car purchase and I am thankful that Dan was able to help me! I had negotiated back and forth via email with him and another rep from the San Bernardino center. The San Bernardino center was saying I had a much lower credit score than I actually had (over 80 points lower) and were trying to fit me in a different pricing tier. Dan was honest and straight to the point and gave me better pricing even with the low credit score. I then let him run a hard check and lo and behold I was pushed 2 tiers forward thanks to his help. The other company didn't even check my credit!! The next day I had my appointment with Dan and signed. I did request that I be out of there in less than an hour, but it took about 2.5 hours altogether. He was professional, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the car I wanted. My only suggestion is to get the customer on the road earlier when they ask, even if that means getting the contracts ready to go before they get there. Other than that, he was a great help and I was able to get a car I've been wanting for 8 years!!

If you have your tires rotated. Be sure they hand tighten your lugs. I had two front lugs stripped. Had to replace 2 wheel studs. Because of over tighten lugs
