I had a great experience with Adrian. I've been looking for a new car & had A LOT of questions about a few different models. Any salesperson I've dealt with at other dealerships have made me feel as if I'm inconveniencing them due to having so many questions & make me feel pressured to settle for the first car I look at. My experience with Adrian was completely different than I was used to, and it was such a relief! I wasn't pressured to purchase, and I wanted to sleep on my decision to make sure the car I chose felt right. When I left he gave me a brochure on the car I decided I liked best, that way I can compare the differences on the car trims before I go back. I look forward to seeing Adrian again to purchase my car, and will recommend him to all of my friends & family who are looking into purchasing a new car.

I have been to Subaru of Ontario 3 times.... Once for my son....once for my wife....and once for myself....hands down...best customer service I have ever experienced.... Michael Cardona and Andrew are an awesome team......five stars across the board..... No pun intended, but they Will not steer you wrong....no BS from these two.... Looking for straight up guys that aren't trying to hide anything.... here they are.... Subaru of Ontario....

Had great service. Did not have to wait at all. Everyone was friendly, did not pressure me into buying something I did not want. Highly recommend this place. A cast of honest and respectful people.

Well, where do I begin. The service guys were super polite and helpful. I brought my car in a couple weeks ago for recalls I had on the car. There were 4 current recalls and 3 of which were fixed. One was not. When they attempted to update the radio it crashed. They told me they'd have to order a new stereo and would be at least a week. This left a super poor taste in my mouth seeing as when I went to get in my car, the screen was on which would've killed my battery. They unplugged it so that would not be an issue. Granted I was without a radio, back up camera or any aspect of the screen for two weeks due to scheduling conflicts with my personal schedule. However, Clay immediately ordered the part and was in communication with me the whole time. When I was finally able to return the stereo was replaced and my oil was changed very quickly! Clay and the service manager treated me right and made my poor experience turn around for the better and was impressed after returning for the part. This is the type of service I wish to have anytime I take my car in. Thank you Clay!

I have been shopping for an Impreza for about 2-3 months. I've been high and low looking for the right fit and when Aaron B. called me regarding my inquiry on their vehicle, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. It was unlike the typical dealer process. I gave him my max budget, he's didn't play the typical car dealer games or gimmicks - there were no hidden numbers up his sleeve. He was extremely personable and the gentleman in finance was as well. Frankly I wish all car dealers were like these two - it made the process enjoyable.
