I had a Wonderful experience at Subaru Ontario. Due to COVID I only wanted to go into the dealer for purchasing. Anthony was able to answer all my questions and discuss numbers over the phone or through email. He was not your typical pushy salesman. I felt very comfortable buying my car through him. Anthony made my car buying experience smooth and easy. I walked out of that dealership with confidence. My car is everything I've ever wanted and more! I have shared Anthony's name with friends and family. I don't want to forget to mention how they make sure they are keeping us the customer safe by having hand sanitizer right by the door as you walk in and all the employees have face mask on. Also they are by appointment only so you don't feel crowded with too many people around you. Thank you Anthony and Subaru Ontario. I LOVE my new baby!

Was in the market for an STI with different dealerships. Subaru of Ontario won my business over with there customer service and we're fast at getting back at me with any questions I had. If you get the chance ask for Aaron Brown or Amber Arias they were straight up and honest from the start. Any offer other dealers made Subaru of Ontario were able to match it and do better. I'd suggest to give them a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed.

Austin Day came out to the house as part of the "Subaru Love Encore" program. He showed me several things about the car (known and unknown) I had no idea that my 2020 Subaru Outback could do. He helps you set it all up. A great experience, definitely worth taking the time to do. I highly advise every owner to sign up for this 90 minute preview. Also...shout out to Amber Arias (Internet Sales) for selling me my 2nd Outback. This model has it all. SHE is a great salesperson...go see her.

We just bought a 2020 Outback limited and it was a happy time and a sad time. Happy as we bought a new Subaru from great people and sad because of the times. They had to lay-off half or more of the dealer staff. Can only see cars by appointment only. We hope all businesses will weather this economic category 3 hurricane.
