Mr Clay Sensi helped me out so much. I usually have some issues going over to a dealership. But its definitely one I'm going to now everytime I need service just because of Mr Clay. He was the biggest help and really took care of me with the upmost respectable customer service. So if you guys need absolutly anything to be done to your Subaru. I highly reccomend coming to this dealership and if possible. Ask for Mr. Clay Sensi personally he will take care of you!

My Husband just bought his very first new car! Aaron Brown made the process very easy. We saw photos of the car on Friday and by Saturday morning after some thinking over we came in just to sign. Whole process in person was less than 15 minutes, very nice with a 1 year old and during these crazy times. Thank you Aaron for our new ride and great deal!!!

I bought Subaru Ascent last January and we only used it recently with 300 miles on it, unfortunately the rear tire got punctured. We have upcoming trip to Utah the following day. I seeked Subaru of Ontario for help and so thankful for Mr Carlos the service manager, he helped me immediately and goes above and beyond to help me rectify the problem. He helped me out of goodwill and I couldn't be more thankful and happy. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I will give it with all my heart, they deserve it.

I bought a Subaru Ascent 2 months ago, it has less than 300 miles while I'm giving this review. Unfortunately the rear tire got punctured thus loose tire pressure. We have upcoming trip to Utah the following day.. I went to Subaru of Ontario dealership and spoke to the service manager Mr. Carlos and explained the situation. Immediately he help me and goes way above and beyond to rectify the problem more than I could ever imagine. He's the best and so thankful for everything he did for me. Subaru of Ontario deserves more than 5 stars

All the staff here are super friendly and amazing. They don't pressure you.

The only complaint I have is you can't get a loaner car to use while your car is getting serviced. Been sitting here 4 hours and counting.
