My wife and I visited this particular location on Saturday April 3rd in search for a 2021 Crosstrek. We were approached by an employee identifying himself as Rocky. This guy knew his product well and was incredibly helpful. In short we bought the car and thankfully the process went smooth and in a timely manner. Thank you Rocky and thank you Subaru of Ontario for taking the time to ensure us a pleasant experience, great job!!!

All Subaru dealerships have great customer service, but this location has got to be number one!! Don was so helpful that when they finished my oil change (in like 30 minutes) he called and asked if I wanted to do all the necessary regular work on the car to keep it in great shape, and still got me out in like an hour fifteen. And the pricing is way reasonable!! I am so impressed with Don's customer service he even offered me a Lyft! If I can highly recommend anything, it would be buying Subaru and bringing it to this location!!

Love my new Subaru! Aaron was amazing. We got a great deal and we're in and out within an hour. Everyone working there was so helpful and we left as lifelong customers. Thanks again, Aaron!!

The experience at the dealership was easy and cut to the chase. Thank you Rocky! HE went above and beyond to transition me into my first Subaru. He let me check out ALL the models and had so much information on each one. I like that he is also a Subaru owner himself so he shared more tips with me that I could have googled or youtube. Rocky was so patient and polite and made sure that I was happy with the choices. I ended up walking out with 2021 outback touring. I couldn't resist the beautiful napa leather seats and extra trunk space. If you go there, definitely hit up my man Rocky! I will never stop raving about him. Thanks again!!!
