I had to bring in my car for a recall which is never convenient. HOWEVER, Carlos, my man, really made this experience so pleasant. I had an appointment for 12:30pm and had my car handed off and paperwork done by 1pm. Boom, that easy. Back to Carlos. I mentioned how my car was recently making squeaky noises every time I would brake and Carlos immediately put in another service order to get my brakes checked out. I thought I'd have to leave my car over the weekend, but everything was done within 3 hours. Carlos and the team added some oil so that my brakes wouldn't make any more noises at no cost to me. Also, seeing the way Carlos was able to tend to not only me, but also 3 other clients simultaneously boggles my mind. Now THAT'S good customer service. The service at Subaru of Ontario never, ever fails!

Not what I expected. They need a better communication system. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change because no text or call was made, seems unreasonable. Saw an email when I got home that car was ready two hours into waiting (glad I had appointment 😔,,). I was given a number to text, no answer. I do appreciate the cleanliness of my car and labor .

To begin, my salesman Marc Contreras was amazing. There was no haggling, he listened to what I wanted and didn't push me for more features that I didn't need. If I was just reviewing him, I would give him a 5 star review. I was very happy regarding that part of my experience. When it came to the finance department (particularly in regard to Lisa Clark), I was less than happy. I left after signing the paperwork, but about a week later was contacted by email saying that she forgot to get me to sign something for my car loan. I tried calling her 6 times over the next week, including leaving messages, to try to get in contact with her. I also emailed her back. Finally, she got back to me, and we finally agreed to sign the paperwork via email as I live over 2 hours away from the dealership. Following this, I got another letter in the mail about this missing signature, dated after I had gotten the signature back to her. I felt very attacked, making it feel as though it was my fault that I had missed the signature in the first place, when I was never offered this paperwork when I was signing paperwork. I was also frustrated over how difficult it was to get back in contact with her. This is why my review is 3 stars.

Adrian Diaz was absolutely amazing. I've never owned a Subaru before and was very hesitant at first. He was very informative, to the point, and no BS. I really got a good deal on my new Subaru. He goes above and beyond in all aspects. Highly recommend going to him when considering becoming or continuing as a Subaru owner.

I rarely ever write reviews but I feel like this dealership definitely deserves this review.First of all, we literally left with the best car (2020 Subaru WRX STI Series White) from Subaru of Ontario. We had such a phenomenal purchasing experience from David You. Not only was he knowledgeable on the cars that we were interested in, he was very patience and honest. He wasn't pushy and definitely didn't pressured us into buying a car. He thoroughly answered many of our questions and concerns. Most importantly, he was willing to work with us even if that involves him running back and forth many times. Once we came to an agreeable term, we met with the Finance Manager, Lisa to finalize and to sign the contracts. Lisa thoroughly went through the contract with us and kindly answered every financial questions that we had. It was a breeze.After finalizing and signing the contract with Lisa, David took his time showing us all the features that our new car has to offers even down to syncing our garage remote to SafeLink in our car. We are not first time car buyers but it's obvious that he went above and beyond to show us our new car's full potential.Coming from someone who worked in customer service for 12 years, I truly appreciate the time, efforts and positive attitudes that David and Lisa has shown us. We are so pleased with such pleasant and relaxed experience at Subaru of Ontario. We are over the moon with our new car. If you're in the market for a Subaru, do yourself a huge favor and just go ask for David You. You won't be disappointed.
