This location is super clean and Professional!! I went here with my Neighbors today to drop of their Carrito to get their Oil Changed, and the whole System was really well-organized and comfortable for Guests. They had some nice AC going on in the Lobby, a Host in the Front to direct me to the Restrooms which was SPARKLING clean with a nice Zen Infusing Spiritual Buddha Statue, Toilet Paper which inspires us that Integrity keeps us Green and Sexy, AND their Vending Machine selection is sick!! Waiting was so easy because I got to treat myself to a Ice Cold Cactus Cooler and some fun snacks like Sawyer and Juliet on the Series Finale of Lost ;0) Everything was really affordable too, not like those annoying ass Machines I'm used to seeing which like to take advantage of our dehydrated and hungry vulnerable states to viciously assault our Wallets. They were able to finish the Oil Change about an Hour earlier than expected, and Communication was fantastic!! Thank you to the Subaru Team for taking such great care of us today and having such a bombdizzly Lobby Cave!!!

Carlos in the service department was great. Got my car maintenance done very quick and everyone was super kind . They were super busy and still managed to get people in and out with great customer service .

We had a great experience at Subaru Ontario due to Dan and Steven's amazing support and customer service. Throughout the process of inquiring and buying our new car, Dan was very thorough, helpful, professional, and timely in answering all of our questions. He and Steven in financing, never made us feel pressured and supportively let us know what our options were. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We had inquired with a few Subaru dealerships in SoCal and it was Dan's professional and genuine demeanor that made us pick Subaru of Ontario. Thank you Dan and Steven! We have read that getting an appointment (and the appointment being honored) to service your car at this location has been difficult. Hopefully that issue has been resolved.
