I brought in my 2016 subaru wrx cvt because it was having problems during a cold start. When I was trying to get on the freeway the RPMs would smoothly go to 3000 then suddenly jump to 6000 and redline. I recommended a factory reset on the CPU and so far that seemed to fix the problem. My only complaint with the visit would be the shoe scuff marks on the side skirt of the driver side door. The clear coat is scuffed up and now I have to get it professionally detailed to get the scuff marks out. This seems to always be a problem when I get my car serviced since it's not the first time it has happened.

My experience at Subaru of Ontario was exceptional. I was in and out in about 3 hours, no haggling, just straight professionalism. This is my 3rd Subaru and I love this one as much if not more as I've loved the others. Brian was very helpful and professional, would definitely come back if I need/want another Subaru.
