Overall, their service was good. Some other guy came, while I was waiting to check in, pulled up to working station. But they did recognized I was there first. And they took me in first. This is little thing, but I feel they were treating me fair. It was just oil change. So, it was fairy quick. It was good experience. Making appointment was tough part. I had to wait 10days to get appointment. When I purchased the car, sales man said, no appointment is necessary. Just drop in, and they will take care anything right away. But that was not true. Because of fouls comment from sales man, I had to take 1 star off.

I had a great experience when I took my 2018 WRX in for its first oil change and tire rotation. The people were polite and the service was quick. I was in and out an about an hour.
