Went for double re-call work which I booked online and had to change once - Seamless. They did it in the time estimated and the waiting area is pretty well stocked. I had expected a wash but... I would have opted out anyway had they asked, but they didn't. Chatted with the sales staff and walked around some other dealerships - not so good an experience at the Toyota place.
This is the third time I have dealt with Cheryl Sauer and Ontario Subaru, and I have had the easy handling of car purchases over the many car buys I've made in the last 20 years. I was treated well and , I believe, honestly. I would highly recommend Cheryl Sauer for any Subaru purchase. In addition, I've had my Subarus serviced at a number of Subaru dealerships the last few years, and I prefer this service department over the others...and apparently, everyone else does too. The service department seems to be constantly backed up, though I have high confidence in the service department's work.
Absolutely fantastic from securing an appointment; through, several stages of arrangements and billing. Further, the Service Dept. could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable or expert; offering a timeline for future maintenance. Exceedingly pleased and Thankful.
